"It’s a great organization. Really I think the key is to just keep it super active by regularly posting on the ADEA instagram page. When we started ADEA, we were small and not known. I think the reason it became an org people really wanted to join and be a part of was because the people involved were passionate about it and showed that passion externally. My experience in ADEA helped me learn how to work with others to achieve a shared goal. It also taught me to communicate more clearly and assertively."
